Meal Re-placers Smoothies

Do you wish to sip really healthy today morning. Lets try some tasty and nutritious smoothie to kick start your day.

Pink Smoothie

Beet boiled -1 cup

1/2 Banana big

2 tbsp Oats

150 ml Curd / Almonds Milk

5 Almonds soaked remove skin

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1/4 TSP Cinnamon powder

1/4 TSP honey on your choice or Elaichi powder

Blend in a grinder

Have chilled

Note: Fill the container to the very top and seal it properly before keeping it in the refrigerator. It helps to reduce the proportion of air getting trapped in the container which oxidize the nutrients in your smoothie (Oxidizing degrades the nutrients in your smoothie, making it less nutritious).


Apple walnut Smoothie

1 cup Apple

1 no Banana

5-7 Walnuts soaked

2 tbsp Oats

100 ml Curd / Almonds Milk

1 TSP Chia seeds

1/4 TSP Cinnamon powder

1/4 TSP honey or Elaichi powder

Blend all in a grinder

Have chilled

Peach Carrot Smoothie

Peach 1 cup or Papaya 100 GM's

1 carrot boiled

1/2 Banana

100 ml Curd / Almonds Milk

1 TSP Pumpkin Seeds

1 TSP chia seeds

1 TSP flex-seeds

1/2 TSP honey or 1/4 TSP Elaichi powder

1/4 TSP cinnamon

Blend all in a grinder and have it.

Turmeric latte

300 ml Milk / Almond Milk

1 star anies

1/4 TSP Cinnamon powder

1/4 TSP Elaichi powder

1/2 TSP Turmeric

1/4 TSP Dry ginger

1 TSP Honey

Boil all together and enjoy the drink warm.


Peanut butter smoothie

Peanuts 30 gm

Brown Sugar / Jaggery 1 TSP

½ cup unsweetened almond milk or Milk

1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ frozen banana

Blend all in a grinder and have it.
