Detox diet is a practice to spring cleansing our body, It will help you to recharge and rejuvenate your system. To start this practice you dont have to use a vacuum or mop just need to incoperate some healthy eating practices. Introducing uncooked fresh fruits , vegetables , organic milk and milk products, nuts, seeds, sprouts will help to clean your system and give you a younger you to the world around you.
We have a detoxification system which removes the toxins from our body, these toxins are formed from the processed food we eat and also through the environment we are exposed to.
Our body is designed in such a way that it flushes out the toxins from the body by it self . But ind order to do this we have to give a break to our system from the regular processed food we consume and an environment pollution we are around.
Fresh Foods are low in calories and has good contet of nutrients like vitamins , minerals and antioxidants. These fresh foods are high in fiber which will help to eleminate the toxins by managing the bowel movements.
Unhealthy, processed food diet is the major cause of acidity , irregular bowel movement, bloating, lack of concentration, bad breath, nausea, fatigue and headache.

1. Sprouts Salad
Sprouting is a process where the seeds or grains are allowed to germinate. This naturally increases the nutritious value of the grain. It also increases the digestibility of the same. Sprouts increase the vitamin and mineral content of the grain and decrease the carbohydrate and calorie content. Basically any whole legume or grains can be sprouted. Some sprouts have a change in flavor after sprouting.
2. Avocado Salad.
